Handmade in small batches with a synergistically chosen combination of clean and green ingredients Peace Rose Face Scrub is recommended for most skin types and available in two sizes. To use simply wet your face with warm water, this opens pores so that skin can be properly cleansed. Next carefully shake out or measure about a quarter teaspoon into your non dominant hand. You'll find the scrub powder sticks to the moistened fingers of your other hand and you can then easily apply it to your face. Massage the scrub paste into skin using circular motions with feather light pressure for about 30 seconds. Then rinse with warm water, and with a clean dry towel pat dry. The next step is to tone your skin, followed by daily moisturizer.

History of the Peace Rose — A True Story
The Peace rose, which the products on this page are inspired by, is a very beautiful garden rose made famous all over the world for the story of its dramatic beginnings. This rose was developed by French horticulturist Francis Meilland during the years 1935 to 1939, just before WW2. When Meilland foresaw the German invasion of France he sent cuttings of the rose stock which he had so lovingly raised to friends in Italy, Turkey, Germany, and the United States with the hope of ensuring its survival. As the story goes, he was just in the nick of time and able to convince authorities at the American consul in Lyons to carry his prize packages of rose stock off to safety on one of the very last planes leaving the area. Of course we know that his rose stock survived the intrigue, conflict and politics of the day and went on to be propagated with great success all around the globe. But as German troops advanced Meilland would not know the fate of his roses until much later on as the second half of the story unfolded in the US.
The Peace rose was officially named at the Pacific Rose Society show in Pasadena, California, on April 29, 1945. Later that year Peace Roses were given to each of the delegations at the inaugural meeting of the United Nations in San Francisco, each with a note that read "We hope the "Peace Rose" will influence men’s (and women's) thoughts for everlasting world peace". The rest is history in the making.
I believe that roses are one of Mother Nature's most highly esteemed ambassadors and help awaken higher love from within. Conduits of a very high and rarified frequency they are often associated with saints, gods and goddesses. Take time to smell the Roses, and be soulfully impressed by their exquisite and healing vibrations.
